Homework Clubs

Homework clubs run by Young Assets Foundation (YAF) for migrant communities in social housing almost closed down due to a lack of government and philanthropic funding.

First Tier ran a micro campaign to draw attention to the issue. We not only won a lot of media coverage, we gave strategic advice on political outreach prior the Victorian state election and soon had funding commitments from the three major political candidates.

As a result of the coverage, YAF was also approached by a preeminent philanthropic foundation which funded not only the Homework Club program, but enquired into the other programs YAF ran.
