John has worked with not-for-profits in sectors ranging from mental health, disability service providers and addiction. 

Now a Communications and Media Advisor at First Tier Media, John helps craft media strategies and manage media relations across many sectors. 

He specialises in equipping CEOs to engage effectively with their audiences and securing media opportunities for clients nationwide.

Imogen loves words and the power they have to share knowledge and ideas. As a publisher, editor and program manager at some of publishing’s most iconic houses, she has helped brands from Lonely Planet to Oxford University Press find their audience and deliver their message.

To her surprise, she’s also developed a love of spreadsheets, GANTT charts and file management. This combination of skills means at FTM, she can keep your content, key messages and timelines tight, well-directed and relevant.

Laila brings a unique wealth of knowledge to the Business Development Manager role, with previous experience as a Childhood Educator.
