Industrial campaigns

From Chris Minns’ commitment to fund more firefighters, to health and safety issues on Sydney’s metro tunnel project and exposure to PFAS, to exposing the former FRNSW Commissioner’s murky dealings, to helping campaign for more resources and a new Award, First Tier has provided vital support to the Fire Brigade Employees Union.

First Tier has also successfully helped the Australian Writers Guild in its campaign for local content quotas for the Australian screen sector, with legislation soon expected to be presented before parliament. We have also helped campaign for a new agreement between playwrights and theatre companies.

We are in the process of campaigning for government sponsored cadetships and pathways into the screen sector as local content quota laws loom.
