Disability advocacy & reform

First Tier Media and Principal David Latham have worked with some of the key stakeholders in the disability sector: from peak bodies National Disability Services and the Australian Federation of Disability Organisations, to disability advocacy group Every Australian Counts, and dozens of disability service providers.

That work has spanned media training and preparation ahead of the Disability Royal Commission, organising 20 regional and metropolitan community consults for the NDIS Review Panel, and advocating for reform, funding, and infrastructure spending and grants.

The disability sector faces a challenging time with funding and delivering the suite of DRC & NDIS reforms and good policy as eyes turn to the NDIS budget. First Tier is in the process of campaigning with disability groups around these issues and core funding.
